These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JanaTribe , an all-in-one wedding platform that includes wedding websites, RSVP and guest management tools, wedding registries, and a wedding vendor marketplace (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using JanaTribe, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
JanaTribe is a technology platform only. We do not plan weddings, provide vendor services, or guarantee outcomes.
Any agreement between a Couple and a Vendor is solely between those parties. JanaTribe is not a party to such agreements and bears no responsibility for performance, quality, legality, or disputes.
Couples may create wedding websites to share details, collect RSVPs, and communicate with guests.
JanaTribe may offer wedding registry features allowing guests to make monetary contributions or gifts to Couples.
JanaTribe charges a 5% commission on all registry withdrawals. This commission is deducted at the time of withdrawal and is non-refundable.
JanaTribe is not a bank or escrow service. Processing times, failures, or delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside our control.
Vendors may create profiles, list services, and showcase their work.
JanaTribe does not guarantee successful bookings or outcomes. Disputes between Couples and Vendors must be resolved directly between those parties.
JanaTribe may, but is not obligated to, remove vendors or content based on complaints or policy violations.
You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant JanaTribe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content for platform operation and promotion.
JanaTribe may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. JanaTribe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanaTribe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanaTribe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JanaTribe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
JanaTribe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
