Is this really one-time, not a subscription?
Yes. Premium is a single payment that keeps your wedding website active through your event and beyond — no recurring charges.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, you can move from Starter to Premium at any time from your dashboard — you'll only pay the difference in features, not start over.
Do RSVP or gift payments cost extra?
No. Guest RSVPs are always free to collect. Cash gift and registry payments made by your guests go straight to you via Mobile Money or card, with standard payment processing fees only.
Do I need a wedding website to use the budget planner?
Yes — the budget planner lives inside your wedding dashboard, alongside RSVPs and your registry, so it needs a wedding website (even the free Starter plan) to attach to.
What happens to my budget data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. Downgrading from Pro simply hides reports, exports, and installment reminders until you upgrade again — your categories and items stay exactly as you left them.
Can vendors see my budget?
No. Your budget is private to you and anyone you've added as a collaborator on your wedding — vendors never have access.
Can I cancel my listing plan anytime?
Yes. Featured is billed monthly with no long-term contract — cancel anytime and your listing reverts to Basic rather than being removed.
How does the verified badge work?
Verified badges are reviewed by our team to confirm your business is legitimate and active. Featured listings are eligible to apply; Basic listings are not.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. JanaTribe doesn't take a cut of what couples pay you directly — your listing fee is the only cost, regardless of how many enquiries or bookings you get.
