Description
Cleve Chiro, a wedding and event photographer, is the founder of this famous Kenyan-based photography brand. Despite being located in Nairobi, he is available to travel and has worked in some Eastern African countries and cities like Mombasa Watamu, Diani, Lamu, Maasai Mara, Naivasha, Serengeti, Tanzania (Arusha and Zanzibar), Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Sudan, just to mention a few.
Being a relational person, passionate and emotional about love (relationship), led Chiro, a lawyer by profession, into photography.
According to him, his love for court cases, which is all about telling stories, correlates with his passion for photographing weddings because “I want to tell couples’ stories of their big day that are so exquisitely captured that they would still feel the emotions 50 years later. I love getting close to my couple, being their friend and not just their photographer. This way, it becomes easy to capture real emotions. I want you to enjoy and have fun on your special day and leave me to preserve those special moments.”

How much does Cleveland Weddings charge for a wedding event? The charges of this Kenyan-based wedding photography brand can vary depending on the packages chosen. For weddings within Kenya, couples are to budget KES 160,000/USD 1300 for a full-day (mostly 10-hour) wedding event. However, additional travel and accommodation fees may apply. Note that extra costs will be required for weddings outside of Nairobi or further outside Kenya; travel and accommodation fees will also apply.
For weddings, it’s typically around 4–8 weeks with a preview of the wedding within 72 hours. For engagements, it’s usually around 2 weeks. All of your images are delivered online in a private gallery, and you’ll be downloading the full-resolution images!
